Born in England and raised in the Greek island of Cyprus, I was alwas very artistic and I was drawn to art at a very young age, starting with drawing & painting. At the age of 15, I was accepted as a jeweler’s apprentice at a small family run shop. From the moment I created my first knotted pearl necklace it was here I developed a love of jewelry making.
Over the years I tried different avenues of jewelry making, such as polymer clay, PMC and Macramé. But it wasn’t until I started teaching jewelry making in March 2006 that I discovered wire working. Self taught, I developed my wire working skills over a period of three years while continually expanding my knowledge and creativity. From the moment I taught my first class, I knew that this was where I belonged.
