HELP! I cannot sign in!

All registered users are required to VERIFY their email address. An email with your password will be sent to your email address.
If you have just registered and have not received your verification email, then this is what you can do:

1) Go to the Forgot Password page and request a new verification/login email.

2) If you STILL did not receive an email with password, then check your Spam folders. Your anti-spam filters might be deleting or re-routing our emails.

3) Add our domain JewelryLessons.com to your Whitelist or to your Safe Senders list.

Note: if you cannot receive our verification email, this also means you will not receive any of our notifications or subscriptions.

I did not receive an email with password after registering.

Possible problems and their solutions:

1) You registered with an incorrect email address:
A typo or extra space is common when typing. Try to register again with the same email. If the system advises you that the email already exists, then try something else.

2) Your email server has anti-spam filters:
Anti-spam filters can delete or re-route our emails. Check your Spam folders and make sure to add our domain to the “safe senders”.

3) You checked your spam folder and still nothing:
The anti-spam folders could have deleted our email. Add our domain to the safe senders and then use the “Need a new password” link at the login page to get a new password.

I can’t register, the application says my email is invalid.

Make sure you are typing the correct email, with no spaces.
Or, most commonly, disable your firewall if you have one. (Firewalls are used by users who demand extra security in their internet connections and can bring many problems attached to them).

I can log in, but cannot stay logged in, the site kicks me out almost immediately.

Again, the culprit is probably a firewall. Disable your firewall in order to stay logged in.
