Description:
I have been working on this design for some time. It was a real challenge to come up with the construction but I am really happy with the final result. I have used Rose Quartz and Garnet and on the tassels are a butterfly charm and tiny silver bees as well as wrapped briolettes and bead dangles. The vase is 1 1/2" tall and 1" wide from loop to loop on the handles. The whole pendant measures 3" from the top of the vase to the bottom of the tassel and the necklace part is 20" long. |

Abby, Abby, Abby! Love it!! I am really enjoying your 3D pieces! Once again if this becomes a tut! I'll be in line to buy it!!!
Thank you so much Lola!!! I am considering a tut for this - but it would be very long and I would probably only include instructions for the actual vase (not the tassels and necklace) would this put people off do you think?
Abby
Girl No! The vase is the most interesting part! I don't mind long instructions as long as they are clear and are something I really like! I rather have long and extremely detailed. IT makes it easier to follow.
The vase is wonderful -- all by itself. Getting three dimensions in a design is really something. (I claim a place in line for the tut!)
Becky
OK I will move this up the list then LOL. And I agree with you Lola - the more detailed the better!!! Thank you :)
Abby
Thank you Becky - it was a challenge figuring it out - but I really enjoyed the process and learnt so much along the way!!!
Abby
It is really beautiful and wonderful, 3D is great, gorgeous pendant Abby!!
Rita
It is really beautiful and wonderful, 3D is great, gorgeous pendant Abby!!
Rita
This is absolutely gorgeous Abby! Did you use the method Eni did in her Joanne earrings for the circular frames? I would love to see a tutorial for the vase element as I think these would go lovely with my grecian earrings lol!!
It's lovely, Abby - imagine the possibilities!
Gorgeous!!!!!
Thank you Rita - I am glad you like it :)
Abby
Wow Abby surely is a eyes catcher!!!! Great design and colors!

Fee - I am afraid that I do not have that tutorial by Eni, so I am not sure if the circles are constructed in the same way. The Vase would look wonderful with your grecian earrings (the other name I considered for this piece was 'Grecian Vase' lol).
Abby
Thank you Cleo - I have a couple of variations planned :)
Abby
Thank you Silverdove
Abby
Thank you Monica :)
Abby
OMG!! You have done it again!! Love it! I agree with everybody else long tutorial.
Hugs Linda
Thank you so much Linda - I had best crack on with it hadn't I!!! LOL
Abby
OMG! DELIGHTFUL! Abby, this is about the coolest thing I have ever seen! You MUST make a tutorial, please, please, please! I'll be saving my pennies and racing Lola to be the first to buy! I really love it-and the vase is the important part. I don't care if the tut is a thousand pages, as long as it makes it possible for me to do it. And we can all embelish it in our own special ways.
Arya
Wow Ayra, what a wonderful thing to say - thank you so much. I promise I am working on it :)
Abby
Arya- I'm first in line LOL We shall have to see who gets it first LOL :)
We should post pictures of us tapping our fingers over an Abby Hook tutorial virtual line or something :)
So what you have reduced us to, Abby with your gorgeous designs :) LOL
WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!
Now that would be funny Lola!!! I can hear the tapping now LOL
I promise that I am working on it, but it will take me a while...........sorry - but you are going to have to wait a little longer :(
Abby
Abby I think I might just make a digital pic of the line and post it for you on FB :) That would be hilarious!
:)
LOL
That would be so funny Lola.
