This project was inspired by my love for geology, which I study in school full time. One of my favorite fossils was the inspiration for this simple, easy and fun piece! |

What a wonderful design!!! It is just fantastic! Everyone (or so it seems to me) loves that beautiful spiral pattern of the ammonite. It is so dynamic and eye catching.
You did good girl!
Lisa Barth
Beautiful work. 'Simple' and 'easy' were NOT the descriptive words I was thinking of.
Adrienne
Lisa and Adrienne, thank you for your kind words about my ammonite design, I appreciate it so much! :)
~Niranjan
I'm with Lisa and Adrienne. The words "simple" and "easy" didn't enter my mind when I saw your gorgeous creation. :-)
The shape is beautifully made and the apatite, - wow! What a fantastic colour! I also love the matching bail, picking up on the spiralling shape of the pendant.
The entire combination of the wonderfully saturated colour of the beads together with the swirly shape works as a powerful eye-magnet.
Once it has captured your eyes, you can get lost, and perhaps even hypnotised, following the beads and the spiral. From the centre all the way to the outside, up and around the bail and then back again.
Oh thank you, Silverlox, what a wonderful description! I have never heard a piece of mine described so vividly...thank you for your kindness, it means the world to me!
Wow! Outstanding piece in shape, colour aaand design.. Love every aspect of it. Especially the grand idea of stringing the beads first.

Thank you Ozlem! Yes, stringing the beads on wire first makes it much easier to attach them and circle a design! :)
How totally fabulous!! Such an ingenious and creative idea, I love it!!! Please make a tutorial! ;-)
Johanne
I love it! Tutorial, tutorial, tutorial! :-)
