Description:
FIRST PLACE WINNER OF THE 2009 VALENTINE'S DESIGN CONTEST: The stone in this is a beautiful Red Agate, Spike cut for me last year. Its actually the first piece we worked on together, before we even started talking on the phone - and its taken this long to actually get it into wire.... |

Oh Bobbi, that is awesome, lovely design, romantic with the smaller piece, is nice, I like it very much!!! you have beautifully worked!!!
My dear, well worth the wait! I absolutely love this! The collaboration between you and Spike is so beautiful in so many ways. :^)) I adore how the top wrap of the frame is offset and yet echoing each side, not to mention that the work between the two pieces marries them so aptly and neatly. Just beautiful work!!!!!!!

She did a wonderful job, It has been nearly a year since the cab was Made and I am glad she waited to do it until I got here because we would have spent a fortune sending it back and forth getting it right. I'M not sure I will do another like that but i Might. :)
Spike
http://www.spikesstoneworks.etsy.com http://spikesstoneworks.artfire.comIt may have taken you a year and several attempts but I have to say it is the most exquisite and unique I have seen to date. Beautiful job you two, you make a good team.

This is amazingly beautiful. A stunning stone wrapped in a style so suited to it. Though it's already been said, great teamwork!
Some stones refuse to do as they are told? Sometimes they know what they want and are just stubborn about it :) I am convinced that sometimes a piece just won't work until the stone gets what it wants.

Very nice work, Bobbi!
Congratulations on becoming a finalist in the 2009 Valentine Contest!
Congratulations, Miss Bobbi! The stones ain't all that bad, either! All joking aside, this is a gorgeous piece of work, and an engineering feat. Joining these stones so closely and neatly takes a mastery of the wire that few possess. What a beautiful metaphor!
