This technique goes beyond the single wrapped bead, by framing the bead with a coiled bevel and producing a much more interesting wrap. Derived from the french beaded flowers and basketry weaves, the frame can also act as support for other beads, dangles or fringes.

• One 3/4” round bead
• 3 feet 26 ga round soft wire
• 4” 20ga round wire (soft or half-hard).
