Without meaning to be facetious, but there are a lot of things which could be referred to as a diamond carving point. It could refer to the shape of a bit when seen in profile, or to a bit coated with diamonds, or to a specific type of engraving tool or graver. John
Probably do need a bit more information about what it is in reference to. To me that refers to a specific diamond coated bit meant for something like a Dremel, that bit is a pointy V shape made for carving and etching while others (I have like 60 different shapes) are meant for drilling and/or making grooves.
