Sales, Exchanges and Refunds Policy

This section covers how JewelryLessons.com deals with sales, exchanges and refunds of downloadable items sold on this site.

All Sales are Final

Since the goods sold here at JewelryLessons.com are non-tangible, downloadable and delivered immediately, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There is not refund given to any of these items, with the exception where a verifiable mistake has been made on our part.

Exchanges

Normally speaking, there are NO EXCHANGES, for the same reasons explained above. If an honest mistake is verified on our part, then we may give you an exchange, depending on each situation. In ALL CASES, exchanged products need to be selected from products of the same value created by Eni Oken and no other vendor of this site.

Our site is programmed in a way that does not allow the purchase of duplicates: if you try to add to cart a tutorial which you already own, the system will send you a message.

Any duplicate files found in your Downloads area are caused by a tutorial product containing more than one file to download.

If you post content which we deem as inappropriate, we will contact you to remove the offending content, which must be removed within 24 hours. If the nature of the content is so offending, inappropriate or infringing the “terms of use” of our site, we will remove the content immediately without previous warning and if necessary, replace it with a notice of removal .

If you have more than one confirmed copyright or patent infringement, you will banned from all access to the site permanently.

Sales and promotions

JL’s sales

Once in a while, JewelryLessons.com runs limited time promotions and discounted sales of their products. These sanctioned discounts and promotions are advertised on the Home page and through our Newsletter and are conducted under JewelryLessons.com’s orientation.

Teacher private sales

On occasion and at their discretion, Teachers may reduce the price of their tutorials and have their own private promotions. If a Teacher would like to advertise their sales on our newsletters, they can do it by requesting and redeeming 300 points towards the privilege. Redeemed requests will only run only once a week, at the time we sit fit to post through our newsletter.

As an additional marketing tool, when posting their own price reduction, Teachers may post any sort of descriptive title on their tutorials as they see fit, as long as it does not affect JL’s formatting (approximately 60 characters or less) and the title contains enough information about the product being sold. Jewelrylessons.com retains the right to control title information which we deem not descriptive enough.

Marketing studies show that sales which are conducted for longer than a week are not effective marketing tools, since they eliminate the sense of urgency from the buyer, however, it is up to each Teacher to determine the length of time their private sales will be held.

Teachers are also responsible for increasing and reducing the prices on their tutorials at the end of their own private sales.
