The one that cam immediately to mind was this free one by Marie Christie http://www.jewelrylessons.com/tutorial/wire-wrapped-briolette. It could form the base of the design and instead of finishing the wire on the briolette take it onto next one. Not sure if this is much help?
I would say that Eni's briolette flower tutorial comes the closest, you would have to make minor changes to come up with the above design. Here is the link:http://www.jewelrylessons.com/tutorial/briolette-flower
Definitely Eni's Briolette Flower. I have made some earrings very close to the ones in your picture by using Eni's tut. It's very clear and easy to follow, and also very easy to modify for changes you might think of along the way!
