Immediately after the payment is complete, you will be taken back to your "My Downloads" page. If you miss that link during payment, then all you have to do is sign into the site and go to My Profile/My Downloads.

A list of your purchase tutorials will be available. Click on the "View & Download tutorial" link next to each one. A new window will appear and the PDF will be ready to read.

If your tutorials are not available instantly, it is probably because the system is still processing your payment. Wait a little while and try again.

NOTE: WE HAVE OPTED FOR AN ON-SITE method of reading tutorials instead of sending you links to downloading files due to the following reasons:

1) Emails with links to files often got deleted or re-routed by anti-Spam filters;
2) Emails with links often got sent to the obsolete email addresses which the buyer no longer used;
3) Emails with links expire after a certain date, forcing the buyer to contact the site for a new set of links;
4) Downloaded files often got lost due to computer crashes or viruses and the buyer would loose all their lessons.


Here at JewelryLessons.com, your links NEVER expire, so you can see your tutorials any time you want. You don't have to remember where you saved your files, they are always here in your Downloads page. If you need to print them again in the future, they are here waiting for you. All your lessons are stored in one simple and easy place!

Eni, You said the tutorial I buy will stay in my downloads side here. Can I also download the file to my computer if I want to?
Sometimes I am not online, or I am in a place that have not internet conection and having the tutorial in my computer I can have acces to the information every time I need it.
That is what I normally do whith the tutorials I bought to you in your other web page.

Yes, you can download your tutorials to your disk if you need to. When the PDF file opens in a new browser window, you can use the command SAVE to save the file onto your disk.

Also discovered something else pretty cool - If you look at a tutorial you've purchased, the link is available at the bottom of the listing, where file size is in tutorials you haven't purchased, in the same way as free tutorials are....That's nifty :))

Yes, and that is a good way for you to see which tutorials you have already bought -- say you are just scrolling through tutorials and see that the link IS available, then it means you have purchased it already!

I am SO GLAD you have the ON-SITE tutorial reading! Even though we have high speed internet connection, I cannot tell you how many times I have waited much too long for a download.

Now that I know it's so easy to get tutorials from JewelyLessons, this will be my #1 source to get tutorials!

Go directly to the free tutorial page. Inside the tool box, you will find a link to download the tutorial right there.

I purchased ArteyCreaciones' Square Knot Ring and Links tutorial yesterday, but I can only find the Links tutorial in my downloads page - can't find the ring tutorial anywhere. Has it gone missing, or am I not doing something right? Please help.

Sue, yes, it seems like one file is missing and we have asked ArteyCreaciones to re-attach the file, she should do it very quickly. As soon as the tutorial is updated, your downloads area will automatically be updated too!

Jayne, on occasion, Teachers remove their tutorials for updates and revisions. During that time, the tutorials are not available at the downloads page.

As soon as they are ready, the tutorials will again be available at your downloads area, updated for you.

If you feel that there are some tutorials that are not appearing in error or or taking too long to re-appear, then contact me privately so that we can review your account.

Hope you are well...and am both excited as well as confused. Ordered two Tutorials a few days ago to no avail. Matters not what I do, I have yet been able to read the tutorials, let alone see them at all. I have followed your instructions, for downloading etc... still not able to see what is paid in full for. Pleas your prompt attention is so appreciated, I think a few days is more than ample where time is concerend, and now am more than anxious to have the classes now.

Please if you would be so kind and to forward to my email the tutorials, since I have yet to see or be able to work on anything.
