You can buy colored jumprings, either anodized aluminum, anodized niobium, or enameled copper from a number of on-line vendors, but I recommend Blue Buddah for small (ring count) quantities. I believe she sells in quantities of 50, 100, and 250 rings. For larger (by-the-ounce) quantities, try Spiderchain. Both vendors have info to educate you about the different materials and finishes on colored rings, as well as what size rings to use for each weave pattern. Both Spider at Spiderchain and Rebecca at Blue Buddah are very helpful if you have questions before you buy.
I buy a lot of my rings fromhttp://www.theringlord.com They have awesome prices on base metal practice rings and colored niobium and aluminum. I shophttp://www.urbanmaille.com for all of my precious metal rings. They are a great value because every ring is perfect, they look as if the are soldered when put together properly, and the shipping is fast. I also like Blue Buddah, but the always seem to be sold out of the sizes I need in sterling.
