I love this ring. Most of the time at my booth I hear this is drop dead gorgeous, I'll think about it and the next thing I know the person is there buying the ring. I make this ring out of gold craft wire, silver craft wire, and copper wire. Sometimes I make it with a mix of wire colors. I have found that for my market if I make it out of gold or silver wire instead of craft wire people just don't want to pay that price. I sell the ring out at just about every show. I use round 20 gauge wire in several sizes and then file the ends if they are poking out a bit in the back or if it just feels a little rough. The back should be smooth and most of the time the person buying the ring is shocked to find out that the ends are tucked into the back and that the back looks like the front of the ring. Give it a try and don't be afraid to use a different kind of wire.
