Hi everybody, I'm Dave in Scotland and I have been beading for about 4 months (caught the bug from my sister, she is so creative). Can anybody give me some advice as the best places to get wire (some places do not use the wire gauge system) and tools. I did a basic jewellery class a month ago which inspired me greatly but I want to incorporate my rumbled stones into my jewelry using wiring techniques.
Thanks
Dave
Smile everyday.....it feels great!!
Hi Dave - Welcome welcome - There are some great supplier lists in Q&A, and if ya need it here's a great list of size conversion charts for beads and wire...http://www.jewelrysupply.com/index.php?main_page=html_links&catID=36

Dave:
I like monsterslayer.com for wire though I may to find a second supplier as they don't carry copper wire in smaller than 26 gauge (and I like to practice in copper first!)
Have fun, this site is addictive!
