This is a great ring made for everday with the 6mm stones called for in the tutorial, or make the pictured "bling" ring by using 8mm stones and snapsets.

Use pink, red or clear stones for Valentine's rings! You could even look for heart-shaped snapsets and stones.

I found sterling heart shaped snap tite earring settings (cut off the posts and grind them smooth) for around $2.70 per pair, which would give you two rings at this site:
