Material List:
  • (per one motif):
  • 12 round 4mm gem; glass or plastic beads (A)
  • 18 sterling silver 2mm round beads or any other 2mm beads (11o seed beads or Miyuki Delica or any others of your choice) (B)
  • Beading thread of your choice (Nymo; Silamide; KO are most common beading threads; but other brands can be used)
Tool List:
  • Size 10 beading needle
  • Thread conditioner (optional)
  • Scissors

Love this tute and thank you. I made one of two earrings last night. Thinking I'd be smarter, I tried using monofilament. WRONG! So, searched high and low and eventually found a beading needle and Nemo. Took 15 minutes to get thread into needle, took 15 minutes to complete the motif hehe! Off to buy more beads today so I can have earrings in every colour.

Hi, I love this pattern and would love to make it. Never having done bead work before, I don't have a clue how to tie the kind of knots mentioned. Could someone explain the knots better? Thanks.
