Description:

This lesson shows how to stitch a slim bracelet in a variation of the basic Daisy Chain Stitch. The Daisy Chain Stitch is public domain, and I don't claim any exclusivity on "my" version. I'm pretty sure I'm not the first beader who uses the 8+2 pattern. ;-)
This stitch is easy to learn, very versatile and invites variations. There are many free tutorials out there, each one a little different. This is my version, which forms a nice diagonal pattern, and there is no resemblance with the daisy chains you probably still remember from your childhood. This stitch forms a slim, supple band of beads with a classy look.
