Description: With this lesson you will learn how to make this beautiful 3 stone Channel Set Ring. You will learn techniques that will teach you how to set faceted stones without prongs. This is an advanced project and some experience working with wire is needed. But having said that there are 52 steps explaining everything in detail. This is a beautiful ring, it is smooth and flowing, there is nothing on this ring that will catch on things, it is very sturdy and comfortable to wear. I have worn mine in all kinds of conditions not taking it off for months just to see what it can take and it passed every test with flying colors. I have updated this tutorial to include Metric measurements. Price: $10.00

Oh my god, this is the ultimate multi stone ring! Absolutely gorgeous...
This, your cabochon ring and BobbiWired's prong ring are my goals for the next months (OK, let's say years). I really need to practice... Still struggling with the cabochon ring *g*
Keep up this fantastic work!
This is a beautiful design!

Pat,
Everytime I saw this ring on the slide show I thought to myself --gosh, I would love to see a tutorial for that ring! I LOVE channel set rings! When I worked as a bench jeweler I picked up a real appreciation for channel and bezel settings as they are so secure and require so little upkeep. Thanks for posting this one!

Hi Dawn,Thank you so much for all your kind words!
I though about writing a tutorial for this design for some time before I did it. I'm so happy I finally did it. Channel setting in a cast piece of jewelry is a bit different then in wire, so there were some challenges involved in getting this one just right.
Thanks to all, Pat...................
This by far, is my number one vote for the all time best wire wrapped ring ever! Thank you!
Pat, as I have mentioned, this ring tutorial is spectacular...

Hi Pam, Not sure what you mean. I'm a member of the International Guild of Wire Jewelry Artists, but I don't have any tutorials posted on their site if that's what you mean. Glad you like the ring Thank you for that! :o)

I don't know where else to ask this question, Hi Pat. This ring definitely grabs your attention. I skimmed over the tutorial, but could not find anything on where to get the synthetic stones. I'll need all the help I can get. You know, if one thing is off (everything is off). Again, thank you for posting this pattern.
Sorry Gabil, I wasn't aware that it is not allowed to put that information the body of the tutorial so it was taken out. I just found that out, I will post the information in tips. But for now call UNIVERSAL WIRECRAFT 914-745-1219 they are in Bradenton Florida Janet will answer the phone. They are a small family owned business and have been in business for many years. They are not on line and can only be reached by phone. I just spoke to Janet and she said she will be on vacation for the next couple of weeks. There should be someone else there to answer the phone. I have bought my stones from them for a very long time I like their selection and prices. If you have any other problems let me know.
Check out tips I have that information written there.............Pat..................

Thank You Rita, this ring has always gotten a lot of attention. The other day when I was at the bank the teller almost ripped it off my hand. Well, it's an exaggeration but you know what I mean. :o)
