Thanks for the welcome, Bobbi! Adapting the tutorial for these caps into this format may not be as easy as I'd hoped. Oh well, that sure does leave room for other things, yes? I am working on some tutorials....

Dana, Thanks sooo much for the comment, and the interest! Bobbi is correct, the tutorial for the bead cap shown is in my Etsy shop.

Great to see you here Perri! I know the adapting the format part lol!!!

Dana and Christy
Thanks for the compliments and the patience! That waiting period is one of the reasons I have started offering things here, too.

I hope to offer more in the future!

Thanks so much for this tutorial. Crooked bead caps drive me crazy! ;-) This is a wonderful way to fix them.
~Kim

Thanks, Kim! See what frustration can do for you? I can't stand looking in a mirror and seeing that. So this tutorial was born. I'm glad to help others with this unfortunate issue. 'g' LOLOLOL

What a great tutorial -- and a great idea! I've bever thought of this, and can't wait for my next screwy bead cap fit to put it to the test! (I 'm sure I won't have to wait that long...)

THANKS for the injection of humor into the tutorial, by the way! I bet Mom made sure you always had clean undies, too, eh? :-)
-- MamaD

You are quite welcome, Eni!
Thanks MamaD! It pays to look in the mirror once in a while LOL!
And yes, my undies are in perfect order. ;^)))

Let that be another lesson, Dusty! You really DO see the unexpected when you look with fresh eyes at what seems mundane!

Hi Perri, just to let you know that i have found this tut very useful. Being a newcomer to beading and wire ive purchased as im sure lots of others have done a lot of beads with really crappy holes ie one hole bigger than the other. I couldnt and wouldnt use them, this tut means i can now use those beads, get rid of them pretty sharpish and never buy them again! Im sure my mum and my sister will be happy with the result. I send all my little experiments (said with huge amounts of sarcasm) to them. Many thanks diane

I'm really glad it has helped you, Diane. :^)) I had the same issues - beads that looked lovely or were just the shape, size, and color I needed - only to find that they had problems with the holes. Me being the detail oriented person that I am, I couldn't hack that!!!
So I put my pea-brain on the job - low and behold, a workaround!
I'm really happy other folks have found it useful. :^))

Brilliant, thank you, now my wire world will be balanced.

You are most welcome, Antonia! Necessity really is the mother of invention!
