TUTORIAL:

Single Spiral Ring

Uploaded on: Mar 05, 2009
Level: Beginner
Description:

With this lesson you will learn to make an oldie but goodie. This is one of those projects you learn when you are first learning how to work with wire. It's a great ring, attractive and comfortable to wear. You can leave it bright silver or oxidize it. You need little or no experience working with wire to learn how to make this lovely ring. Wear it with the Egyptian Spiral Bracelet it makes a lovely set. I have updated this tutorial to give Metric measurements as well as inches. http://www.jewelrylessons.com/jewel/node/16743
CREDITS: I have seen this design done by many Wire Jewelry Artists throughout the years. Because of the exposure it has had I believe that this design is in public domain. At this time I do not know where this design came from or who the original designer is.

Thank You all for your support! :-D Thank You Cyniraholt and Tammy for your kind words they mean a lot to me. I hope you enjoy making and wearing the jewelry you will be making from these tutorials. This ring is one of my favorites in it's simplicity. Of all of the much more elaborate and fancy pieces I have made and worn this is one of my favorites. It's one of the 4 rings that I wear everyday. I hope you all get as much enjoyment out of it as I have.
Hugs, Pat.................. :-D

That's great Jim! Happy to hear that you were so successful. Next thing you know your friends and relatives will be giving you orders!

I have always wandered how they got that lovely little Sprial there without it unraveling everything else-trash bag tie-perfect!

Thank you
