I got the idea for this pendant after seeing a multi-colored strand of glass pearls where I work. The colors were so beautiful...they reminded me of a flower. There were 7 different colors on this strand, and I challenged myself to find a way to incorporate them all into one pendant. The interchangeable is the result.
The web of a dreamcatcher is a maze, and only good dreams can find their way out through the center. Bad dreams become caught in the web and disappear in the morning light.

This project started out as a toggle. I liked the toggle I made, and thought what if I carried that theme to a frame? Then I remembered that I bought these great jasper donuts at the bead store where I work. As they say, the rest is history!I am really pleased the bracelet turned out okay, and plan to use this technique on a few more donuts.

I was influenced by Perri's Woodstock bead many months ago and was amazed and perplexed at the complexity of her design! My bead went through about 15 changes before I got the design I wanted and got the bead the size I had in mind. The first design was large and moved because I had used jump rings in part of the construction. I wanted a small, stationary bead so I kept trying different structural ideas until I finally came up with this bead.
